WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED BY HomieGear?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular eCheck account payments processed through PayPal.



HOW SECURE IS PURCHASE ON HOMIEGEAR?

HomieGear uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of at least 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).



DO I NEED A PayPal ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

It is highly recommended that, whenever possible, customers have confirmed shipping addresses in PayPal. US customers that submit orders and payments using unconfirmed addresses may have their orders and payments denied by HomieGear if we determine the risk is too great to accept them.


HOW QUICKLY CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO SHIP?

If all items in your order are in stock, you can expect your order to ship within 2 to 3 business days.

If we need to order some items for you, it may take as long as 14 business days before your order ships.

Certain special order items may take much longer time to order and obtain in the size and style ordered. These items will state such on their product page. Be prepared to wait up to the designated listed time for your ENTIRE ORDER to ship from our store.

US customers may have their order automatically shipped in multiple parcels accordingly, so that they will receive the part of their order that we have in stock, and the rest when they arrive to our store.

Any items in your order we are unable to obtain in the style and size desired, we will contact you regarding a replacement item or a refund for that item.

Please make sure you give a valid email address, and phone number (if you are in the United States), so that we may contact you accordingly.

NOTE: It is not recommended that you use a Hotmail email account. Hotmail's default spam filter is overly aggressive and often sends emails from HomieGear to customers' Spam folders, where they usually get lost and become unread. This occurs only with Hotmail. All other "free" email services like Gmail and Yahoo function properly with emails from HomieGear.


WHAT IS A "BUSINESS DAY" ?

HomieGear is an online component of a store located in the United States of America (US or USA). In the USA, a business day is defined as the standard Monday through Friday work week.

Saturdays and Sundays are not business days.

US recognized national holidays are not business days.

These holidays are Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas (December 25), Independence Day (July 4 and applicable surrounding days), Memorial Day, Veterans' Day, President's Day, New Year's Eve (December 31), and New Year's Day (January 1).

No shipping, transport, or delivery of orders occurs on these days. This is regardless of whether we use USPS, DHL, or UPS as the delivery agent.


WHAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY ORDER?

If you are not completely satisfied you can return your item(s) for a full refund or exchange within TWO WEEKS after receiving your order by sending them back to our distribution center at

All refunds will be issued and processed through PayPal.

Refunds to PayPal accounts usually post in 24 to 48 hours.

Refunds to US bank accounts usually post in 3 to 5 business days.

Refunds to non-US bank accounts may take up to 10 business days to post and show up in your bank balance.

Refunds to credit cards may take up to 30 days to completely process and would show up in your credit card statement that follows the actual refund.

The time frame to process and receive refunds is decided by PayPal. If you do not receive your refund after 30 days, you must contact PayPal. HomieGear has no control on how quickly refunds are processed once we issue one through PayPal.



PROCEDURE REGARDING PRICING AND SALE OF DICKIES' PRODUCTS

Due to an agreement with Williamson-Dickies Manufacturing in the United States, we can only ship Dickies products to customers with destination addresses in the United States.

If you are a potential international customer, it is recommended that you do not purchase Dickies products from our web site as we will be unable to ship them to non-US addresses.

If you wish to have Dickies products shipped to your own country, please contact Dickies to locate your nearest distributor. We are very sorry we cannot help you with this endeavor.

Furthermore, HomieGear cannot supply wholesale prices on Dickies products.


WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I MAKE PAYMENT?

We normally do not allow customers to change their order once it has been made and payment submitted.

Please be absolutely sure of all items' sizes/colors/styles in the order's shopping cart before submitting payment.

In certain instances, we may allow customers to modify their order, but we reserve the right to apply a substantial "Change Order" fee that must be paid before the order will be shipped. This will be at our discretion. In addition, such changes will usually add additional processing time (up to 10 business days) before the order ships.


NOTE: WE WILL ONLY SHIP TO THE LISTED PAYPAL "SHIP TO" ADDRESS

This is for your and our protection as both PayPal and HomieGear will only insure and guarantee shipments to listed PayPal shipping addresses.


WHAT SHIPPING METHOD WILL BE USED FOR ORDERS?

Shipments to Continental US (CONUS) addresses will usually have their orders shipped via UPS Ground and receive their items in 3 to 7 days after we ship.

NOTE: CONUS Shipping addresses with PO Boxes will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail because UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

NOTE: Orders to CONUS addresses that contain a single, small item, will often ship via USPS First Class mail.

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be via USPS First Class or Priority Mail as applicable. Customers will usually receive their items in 5 to 7 days after we ship.

International shipments will usually be sent via UPS Worldwide Saver (4 to 6 days) or DHL Worldwide Express (3 to 5 days), at our choosing.

International shipments to Russia, other former Soviet-bloc countries, South America, and certain other parts of the world will be sent using either USPS Priority International or USPS EMS Express Mail International, at our choosing and discretion.

*** REGARDING APPLICATION OF CUSTOMS DUTIES (VAT) ***

International customers need to remember that they may be charged customs duties (VAT) by their local government entity. We do not determine what, if any, customs duties (VAT) must be paid. That is strictly decided by the destination country's government authorities.

We will try to help our international customers as much as possible by declaring the items a reasonable lower value. However, sometimes local customs officers will open and inspect your package and decide that you must pay duties (VAT) regardless of the amounts declared by HomieGear.

That is the cost of purchasing items internationally. When we order items from other countries and have them shipped to our store here in the United States, we must pay customs duties on all items.

We cannot reimburse for any amount that a customer must pay in customs duties (VAT). That is a matter that one must discuss with the local government authority.
